The 2018 CRPC Annual Labor Day Retreat will be held at the Airfield 4H Conference Center in Wakefield, VA, August 31 - September 2, 2018 (Friday-Sunday). The goal of the retreat is to build up the CRPC church body through instruction, fellowship and a variety of fun family activities.  There will be two sessions on Saturday and one worship service on Sunday (there will be no Sunday School session). For children under three years old, a nursery will be available during the two instruction sessions and the worship service.  Additionally for children ages three through 6th grade, there will be teaching and crafts available during both instruction sessions and the worship service.

Check out last year's promotional video to get a better idea of what to expect:

This year's theme is "Gospel Neighboring." Our speakers will be adapting material from The Gospel Comes with a Housekey and The Art of Neighboring.

Registration: This year, registration is all online here. If you need assistance with the online registration, call the church office between 9am and 3pm and Debbie will register you over the phone.

Payments: Payments by check or cash must still be turned in to the collection tray in the commons or to a retreat committee member; please mark your checks clearly (“Retreat”) in the memo field of the check, and please use a cash envelope (available in the commons) if you are paying with cash so nothing is lost or separated. Anyone is also welcome to stop by the church office and give their payment directly to the Administrator or Bookkeeper.

Lodging options at the Airfield 4H Conference Center include Dorm Style rooms, Executive Lodge Rooms, Twin Bed rooms, or RV/tent camping. Handicap accessible rooms are available upon request. More details are available on the ACC website:
